Salon policy

Dear customers, Our Salon's policy is to protect our customers' rights and ensure our services. Hard copies are on display in our Salon and are available upon request. We would also like to inform you of the main points that you need to keep in mind before registering or coming to our beauty salon for services.

Guarantee

1. Traditional polishes are not guaranteed

2. Advanced services/gel polishes are only guaranteed for 72 hours from your visit. During this time frame, if there are any technical problems, please contact us to schedule a free repair. If during the free repair period you cannot return, please notify us and schedule an appointment at your most convenient time.

3. We will not be responsible for any broken, infected or damaged nails after you leave the salon.

Refund

1. There will be no cash refunds after you leave the salon.

2. If you have any problems related to the service, staff.., please notify us at that time.

3. If you pay and leave the salon, we will consider that you have accepted and are satisfied with the complete result of the service / staff.

4. No refunds will be given just because you have changed your mind.

Children

Please keep children within your sight and safety. For safety and liability insurance, children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult. You are responsible for any damage caused by your child at the Salon.

Note

Notify the salon if you have allergies to any chemicals before performing any services. Please notify the salon immediately if you have any concerns that you have an infection/reaction/condition related to your nails. We will not accept any responsibility for the loss of your personal belongings while you use the service(s) at our salon. Thank you for your support

Cancellation

We understand that emergencies arise. If you need to cancel an appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the booking is to be made on the same day, please notify us as soon as possible.

Gift voucher

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable and no cash can be given in exchange for unused balance. We are not responsible for vouchers lost, stolen or damaged gifts or any unauthorized use.

Patch test

The patch test should be done at least 24 hours before the treatment, rising to 48 hours or earlier if your client has diabetes or any other special circumstances.
